The Spooks Apprentice was only the first edition of Joseph Delaney’s hit book series ‘The Spook.’ Thomas Ward is the seventh son of a seventh son which entitles him a chance to become The Spook’s Apprentice. The Spook has trained many, but few have ever completed their time.

After Thomas found out that he was destined to be the Spook’s Apprentice he instantly felt mixed emotions but his most noticed was excitement.

Thomas had a month to test if he liked training with The Spook.
The Spook’s job is to look after the world from evil including: Witches and Evil Priests.

WhenTom met the Witch’s niece and was tricked into feeding the witch children’s meat and blood, the witch becomes even stronger and seems to be unstoppable.

I think that this book is an incredibly great book with great use of nouns and adjectives. I also think that this book would be liked by 10+ boys and girls.
