This book is about the story of a boy named “Danny Torrance” and his family who overtake the role of looking after an eerie hotel in the mountains during winter.
With the harsh weather resulting in them being locked in for the winter, the hotel’s presence seem to come alive, and the strange powers of the boy described as “the shining” lead to an exciting conclusion that will draw the reader in.
I rate this book 8 and a half out of 10.
